Shipping & Postage

Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, the next working day after full payment is received.

Once items are shipped, we will advise you and provide a tracking number. 

Please note that some bulky items may attract additional shipping costs or may not be able to be shipped to rural or remote areas or may attract an additional shipping cost.  If this is the case we will contact you to discuss.

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to or will attract an additional shipping fee.
